The AVK-ONE Group was born from a strategic vision to consolidate specialised companies in the audiovisual sector, uniting experience, innovation, and operational excellence. Its growth has been driven by a continuous process of acquisitions and integration of market-leading brands.
It all began in 2010 with the founding of AVK, which quickly became a leader in providing audiovisual solutions for large-scale events in Portugal. The growth trajectory gained new momentum with the acquisition of Eurologistix in 2010 and Servicepack in 2015, culminating in the merger of these companies in 2017 to create EuroService. Simultaneously, the international presence was strengthened in 2015 with the founding of Global Setup in Galicia, enabling a broader reach in the Spanish market. More recently, in March 2025, Pixel Light joined the group, consolidating its strategy of expansion and diversification.
Today, the AVK-ONE Group brings together the know-how of four companies – AVK, EuroService, Global Setup, and, more recently, Pixel Light – offering audiovisual solutions for events of any scale. The addition of Pixel Light adds a strategic dimension in television and entertainment, reinforcing the group’s commitment to innovation, quality, and client satisfaction.
Founding of Eurologistix in Vilamoura, initially focused on audiovisual, electronic, and IT equipment.
Establishment of Servicepack in Porto, specialising in IT equipment rental and technical support.
Expansion of Servicepack to Lisbon, strengthening its presence in the events sector.
Founding of AVK, quickly establishing itself as a reference in large-scale audiovisual events in Portugal.
Acquisition of the majority shareholding of Eurologistix by one of AVK’s future founders, steering the company towards the audiovisual sector.
Eurologistix expands to Lisbon, strengthening its position in the corporate and hospitality events segment.
Founding of Global Setup in Galicia, expanding international operations into the Spanish market.
Acquisition of Servicepack by AVK’s majority partner, establishing an integrated strategy between Eurologistix and Servicepack.
Merger of Eurologistix and Servicepack, creating EuroService – Audiovisual Services, SA.
Start of the process to unify EuroService’s identity with the Eurologistix and Servicepack brands, strengthening its positioning in the sector.
Consolidation of AVK, EuroService, and Global Setup under the AVK-ONE Group structure, strengthening presence in the audiovisual sector and ensuring excellence in events of all sizes.
Acquisition of Pixel Light, joining the AVK-ONE Group, strengthening the focus on entertainment and television, and bringing strong expertise in creative content, digital scenography, and visual solutions for large-scale productions.

O Grupo AVK-ONE nasceu da visão estratégica de consolidar empresas especializadas no sector audiovisual, unindo experiência, inovação e excelência operacional. O seu crescimento foi impulsionado por um processo contínuo de aquisições e integração de marcas de referência no mercado.
Tudo começou em 2010 com a fundação da AVK, que rapidamente se tornou líder no fornecimento de soluções audiovisuais para eventos de grande dimensão em Portugal. A trajetória de crescimento ganhou novo fôlego com a aquisição da Eurologistix em 2010 e da Servicepack em 2015, culminando na fusão dessas empresas em 2017 e na criação da Euroservice. Paralelamente, a presença internacional foi reforçada em 2015 com a fundação da Global Setup na Galiza, permitindo uma actuação mais ampla no mercado espanhol.

1997
Fundação da Eurologistix em Vilamoura, inicialmente focada em equipamentos audiovisuais, electrónicos e informáticos.
2003
Criação da Servicepack no Porto, especializada em aluguer de equipamentos informáticos e assistência técnica.
2007
Expansão da Servicepack para Lisboa, reforçando a sua presença no sector de eventos.
2010
Fundação da AVK, posicionando-se rapidamente como referência em eventos audiovisuais de grande escala em Portugal.
Aquisição da maioria do capital da Eurologistix por um dos futuros fundadores da AVK, direccionando a empresa para o sector audiovisual.
2014
A Eurologistix expande-se para Lisboa, fortalecendo a sua posição no segmento de eventos corporativos e hoteleiros.
2015
Fundação da Global Setup na Galiza, expandindo a atuação internacional para o mercado espanhol.
Aquisição da Servicepack pelo sócio maioritário da AVK, estabelecendo uma estratégia integrada entre a Eurologistix e a Servicepack.
2017
Fusão da Eurologistix e da Servicepack, criando a Euroservice – Serviços Audiovisuais, SA.
2019
Início do processo de unificação da identidade da Euroservice com as marcas Eurologistix e Servicepack, reforçando o posicionamento no sector.
2024
Consolidação da AVK, Euroservice e Global Setup sob a estrutura do Grupo AVK-ONE, fortalecendo a presença no sector audiovisual e garantindo excelência em eventos de qualquer dimensão.
